   <title>Gourmet Coffee is good for you</title>

   <description>It seems that every week the science community is doing a new study to tell us that <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/" title="Gourmet Coffee at Honey Bean Coffee">gourmet coffee</a> may actually be good for us.&#160; That’s good since I don’t think I could make it through an entire day without having either a fresh cup of a good <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/catlist/8.htm" title="Honey Bean Coffee Flavored Coffees">flavored coffee</a> or a press pot of an amazing <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/coffee.asp" title="Gourmet Coffee">regional coffee</a>.<br />

One of the biggest benefits it seems in our morning coffee is a high level of antioxidants; those magical little minerals that help fight everything from cancer to aging, by not allowing oxygen to damage our cells.&#160; There is a great deal of debate concerning the benefit of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/catlist/16.htm" title="Decaf Coffee">decaffeinated coffee</a>, but that’s ok with me since I don’t touch the stuff anyway.&#160;<br />
It’s great to know that my cup of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/" title="Gourmet Coffee">gourmet coffee</a> is helping to fight against the onslaught of free radicals since we come up against them in everything we do.&#160; But, I have to say that I think I’d drink it even if there were no health benefits.&#160;<br />

Of course, not all coffees are made equal.&#160; Anyone who is a regular at a good <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/" title="coffee">coffee</a> house definitely knows the difference in a fresh cup of <a href="http://www.honeybean.com/catlist/8.htm" title="Gourmet Flavored Coffee">gourmet flavored coffee</a> and some sickly sweetened brown water that you get at most convenient marts.&#160; The truth is that there is probably more of a difference than just taste.&#160; It only makes sense that a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.honeybean.com/coffee.asp" title="Gourmet Coffee">gourmet coffee</a> that has been handled, processed and roasted with care would maintain more of the healthy goodness then some large scale commercially processed mix of cheap coffee.<br />
<br />
I have no science to back this belief up, but I don’t think I need it since the flavor difference is more than enough of a reason to pay the extra few cents to avoid a bad cup of coffee.<br />
